Hi everyone, I’m Damion. 1️⃣ What I currently do (9–5): I work as a supply cover teacher in secondary schools across London. 2️⃣ What skill I might be able to monetise: I’m still refining this. The education space feels quite saturated, so I want to approach it strategically. One direction I’m considering is creating practical support tools specifically for supply teachers. The reality of walking into unfamiliar classrooms with limited preparation is very different from being a full time teacher. There may be value in resources designed specifically for that situation. At the same time, I’m also exploring beyond education. I have a strong interest in technology, AI, and digital tools. Long term, I would like to build something that gives me options outside the classroom rather than tying me more deeply to it. So I’m open to refining the niche as I go. 3️⃣ What’s stopping me from making money online right now: Mainly time and financial pressure. I’m the main breadwinner in my household, so stability is a priority. After full school days and family responsibilities, consistency can be challenging. My focus now is simple: reduce overthinking, execute consistently, and work toward my first $100 online. Looking forward to building with everyone.
