Gearing up for another epic live call tonight. Who is coming. I know a lot of new ppl are joining tonight so it should be pumping!!

About 15 years ago I used to laugh at people who meditate and had to go to sleep on time, people who have a routine used to irritate me ha ha. Once I had a friend who used to fold his clothes even to throw into laundry basket. Guess who does all these things now??? Result, I totally get what they were trying to do and how it changes your life. Life has mysterious ways of showing us what we judge.

What is your biggest issue with overthinking at the moment. As in, is it self doubt, or lack of action or no sleep etc etc
