Generally speaking, I don’t read much, and going to book club means going to the movies with the guys. But I do try to listen to books regularly. As requested, here is the book I’m currently listening to, “Profitable Painter,” by Daniel Honan, CPA. …Next on my list is probably going to be either “Choice Theory,” by William Glasser, or “The Paradox of Choice,” by Barry Schwartz.

Hey guys! Happy Wednesday! I love Wednesdays because I've been able to make some progress on the week but there's still time to catch up if I'm not where I want to be. This week I wanted to share with you a video I recorded (unedited 😂) around the 5 questions I always tell potential franchisees to ask their new franchise partner. These questions will give you some good insight and expectation as to how you can succeed as a franchise owner of their system. Remember, our objective is always to strengthen the relationship with your franchisor because they have a wealth of knowledge and experience but these questions are meant to help you set the stage.
