I'm sorry that I missed this. I raise cattle and it's calving time. It's like that guy spinning plates on broomsticks. No rest for the wicked...or weary. However that goes, I fit both.

I think my eyes were opened in a war. I went in innocent and full of belief in humanity. I soon realized so much of our lives is transactional. And we're not always part of the decision making part. Since then, I've held skepticism as foundation to my perception. Not in an angry resentful way. But rather in a we'll see kind of way. A lot of recognition of patterns. Knowing that "they" really are thing. They did this or they said that or they are moving the Overton window. Usually it was covert. But I think when Obama became president, all efforts became out over the skis. There was no effort to hide the obvious. It was balls to the wall. Flood society with so much so fast in so many ways, nobody could push back. After that, it became a comedy of tragedies, one after another leading to a constant state of ridiculousness. All tradition was deemed vile. Racism was the watchword. The overnight development of the new religion...the green dragon. Worshipping mysterious climate boogie men shamans. Where we must all die a little to live on this planet. Thars gold in them thar carbon offsets. Globalism became paramount to individuality. Too many science fiction books on how to destroy life as we know it I had read as a child we're coming true. Orwell and Rand were prophets. Since then it's been utterly obnoxious how America has been changed. I keep thinking that if I see it, so do others. I'm excited that many do.
