🌱 Welcome to Wholehearted Parenting - Start Here
Welcome to Wholehearted Parenting. I’m so glad you’re here. This community was created for parents who want to understand themselves and their children better, navigate the real-life challenges of parenting with more confidence, and build a calmer, more connected family life. This isn’t about perfect parenting. It’s about intentional parenting. Before you do anything else: Add the upcoming coaching session to your calendar. 👉 Add the upcoming coaching event to your calendar as a reminder! Inside this community, you’ll find practical parenting tools, honest conversations, evidence-informed guidance, coaching support and a community of parents who are navigating many of the same challenges you are. At the heart of this community is the Calm & Connected Parenting Framework: UNDERSTAND → REGULATE → LEAD → CONNECT A practical approach to understanding what’s happening beneath behaviour, managing big emotions, setting boundaries without constant battles, and strengthening connection within your family. 📅 Your first step Add our upcoming coaching experience to your calendar as a reminder. This is where we’ll begin putting the Calm & Connected approach into practice together. 👉 Add the upcoming coaching event to your calendar as a reminder! 💬 How to get the most out of this community? 1️⃣ Introduce yourself Tell us: - Your name - Where you're from - Your children's ages - One parenting challenge you're currently navigating - One thing you'd love to feel or do differently as a parent 2️⃣ Engage with the community Ask questions. Share your experiences. Celebrate your wins. You don't have to have it all figured out to contribute. 3️⃣ Use the resources The goal isn't to consume more parenting information. It's to understand, practise and implement what actually helps.

Hi everyone! My name is Dalene and I'm from SouthAfrica. I have one child, aged 4 years. One thing I'm currently navigating in my parenting is to not loose it so much. One thing I'd love to feel/do differently as a parent is parenting calmy and understand my child.
