My name is Dale , and I’m a civil construction professional with more than 25 years of experience in the industry. I’ve built my career operating heavy machinery, leading crews, and delivering major road, airport, and infrastructure projects across Victoria. Safety, teamwork, and producing quality work are things I take seriously, and I take pride in leading by example on every job. Right now, my goal is to transition into the FIFO mining industry. I’m looking to use my extensive experience with mobile plant, leadership, and working in high-risk environments to build a long-term career in mining. I’m continually improving my skills, updating my qualifications, and tailoring my resume to make that move. I’m someone who values hard work, loyalty, and getting the job done properly. Whether I’m mentoring a crew, operating machinery, or taking on a new challenge, my aim is always the same—to keep learning, contribute to the team, and build a career I’m proud of.
