@Mohamed Ghouse For sure. I gave myself 6 weeks of prep. I probably studied around 10–15 hours a week, with a little more time closer to the exam. I used PMI Study Hall, PMBOK 8, the Agile Practice Guide, Andrew Ramdayal’s exam prep book/videos( mindset and hard questions), David McLachlan’s YouTube videos, and my Skillsoft PMP bootcamp. I did a ton of practice questions and really focused on understanding why the right answer was right instead of just memorizing stuff. The actual test was definitely all about time management and was a mental marathon. A lot of questions had two answers that seemed right, so knowing the PMP mindset was huge. I focused on what the PM should do first or next, usually assess the situation, work with the team, and avoid jumping straight to escalation. Also, highlight key words in the questions. I finished the test with 3 min left. My biggest advice is don’t try to memorize everything. Get comfortable with Agile, predictive, and hybrid, do plenty of situational questions, and review the ones you miss. Also, don’t stress if you never feel 100% ready. I didn’t either. Trust your prep, keep to a study schedule and manage your time.
