RAMs REO
Good Morning, I intend to bring this question to the Open Office Today. But I'll also ask it here. There is currently a RAMs tape (115983) that has REOs on it. What are some considerations for bidding on REOs? How does it work? What do we base the bids on? I've only purchased performing 1st liens in the past so I'm ignorant about bidding on REOs, but I see a few REOs in Minnesota and since I'm located in Minneapolis, these are of interest. tia

OK. I was late to the Office Hours and was not able to ask about this (REOs). I would appreciate any insights the community can offer. tia

Thanks for the feedback and insights. I was just trying to wrap my head about REOs coming from RAMs. That specific tape had REOs on it with an UPB. So I was and still not understanding what price the bids are based on.
