Here’s how I handle the typical “send me an email” objection on a cold call.
A lot of people say that we should try to book a meeting even after someone says “send me an email”. When I do that, it never goes anywhere. Even when I send them an email, they never reply. Not just this, when I try to call them again, they never pick up my phone. Instead of trying to force a meeting, here’s what I found works really well (at least for me). So when the prospect says “send me an email”, I don’t fight back. Sometimes, people are genuinely interested and they need some more time and space to make a decision. If you fight back, they feel like you’re forcing and trying to “sell”. I agree to sending them an email after confirming their email address. But, before I hang up, I ask a question. And this is key. This tells me if the prospect is genuinely interested or are they just trying to get off the phone. I ask, “Is it okay if I call you back this week, to see if you got a chance to read the email?” The ones who are really interested will say yes. But the ones who are not interested will say no. This helps me keep my expectations in check. Use it and let me know how it goes.

@Maddison Alson Nope. I'm a freelance web designer. Why do you ask?
I need Help, my head is exploding.
I can´t make my e-mail on the web active. So when ppl are writing I am not receiving any emails. Can someone help me to make my mail active?

It's probably because you've messed up your DNS settings. Is it a business email? DM me i'll guide you. Went through the same problem.

@Moonika Safronov Sure! I can't DM you though. I'll have to level up for that. Let me reach out. as soon as I'm leveled up. Like this comment.
Hosting & Domain
Hi everyone, I'm new to the school and would like to know if I have to use the hosting companies recommended. I'm from South Africa and already have my two domains registered and hosted with a local service provider. I would love to get started with the course, but need an answer to this. With the US$/ZAR exchange rate, the recommended hosting in $--terms is fairly expensive compared to what I currently pay in SA Rand.

Your question is a little unclear. From what I understand, you can host your site on the platform you decide to build it. So for example, Framer, Wix, Webflow, Wordpress etc.
Happy to be here!
