My true recommendation would be to ask around your local area about BNI groups. You can attend as a visitor through invite of a member, and you will have a good opportunity to network with multiple local service providers. I have used a couple virtual agencies so far without any successful results, so for that reason I would start with choosing a local service provider. You'll be able to call them by phone or meet in person to make small adjustments, etc along the way.
