Bio: Tight, tight, tight🤪 Ex Marine. Retired tennis pro, CrossFit instructor. Beat my body up playing sports when I was younger. Time to pay up🤣

Bio: I love the outdoors running/riding, have done a few ultras..but have had a few tendon issues that I'm hoping to help with better mobility
