A quick question for you
For a few days I have been thinking about how I can make this community more valuable, but I think your perspective is more important than my ideas. So I want to ask you lovely people what kind of support you prefer and you need for you to achieve your goals. Do you prefer more of a "do it in my own time" kind of help, where you go through courses and materials and implement at your own pace, or more "done with you" kind of help where you join live calls and get help straight away? Or, is there any other type of help that you prefer? Could you please take a moment to let me know? Your perspective is valuable✨

My Sunday office view - with a lesson
Today I drove only 30 minutes to be in this place. I am happy that now I can work from places like this. 7 months ago I was working from my office at home... surrounded by the London chaos 7 months ago all this was just a dream and a hope that one day will become reality And now here I am... What changed? 7 months ago, on the final day of 2025 I decided to create the future that I want to live... and I sat down and wrote my ideal life... And it's crazy how fast it worked... But even more crazy is the fact that I wasted so many years of my life not doing this simple thing... just dreaming and deciding what kind of life I want to live... Now I understand even more why everything starts with the vision... and why we have to be clear on our vision before we do any work... That's why the firet step in the work that I do with my clients is to get 100% clear about what you want and why you want that. Do you have a clear vision of how you want to live your life? What's your biggest goal that you want to achieve? If you'd like to, share your dreams so we can inspire each other to dream even bigger✨️

@Alexandra Alexa Yes. The lifestyle is the result of my successful business. My business is earning at least $10,000 or more monthly and can do it anywhere in the world. I am working 4-5 days a week for about 20 hours a week. I am happy, fulfilled and having fun as I help thousands of people accomplish what they want in their life and business.

Frustration, anxiety, anger - the starter pack
When I started as a sports mindset coach I had no idea how to build a business... All I knew was that I had to create content and if the planets aligned in my favour, I would get some clients. I was getting clients from that but not as many as I wanted... And then, I was watching other coaches posting less than I was doing, having less experience in the sport than I had, and still, somehow, getting more clients than me... And it all started... frustration, anxiety, anger - all because in my opinion others were better than me at this game... My biggest mistake? At that point I completely ignored all the positives in my business, and my skills... instead I was focusing on all the negatives of my struggle. Today I see many good coaches who struggle to grow their business not because they don't have the skills, but because they focus on all negative aspects and lack of skills or resources. They believe that they need another "business blueprint" when in reality they need to maximise what they already have... What about you? Did you ever experience this? Are you focusing more on what's missing rather than maximising what you already have? I must admit that I still have periods of time when I get distracted by what's missing instead of maximising what I already have.... but hey... I guess we are constantly a "work in progress" ✨

@Alexandra Alexa Yes I have. I think I most likely held back from asking for help because I was often told I’m supposed to be the responsible one and the example. I also think because I lived a sheltered cult-like life and people would constantly tell me I don’t know nothing and when I did ask for help or an answer, no one helped me so I felt dumb and stupid. So I learned to act like I have everything together and became independent doing my best to learn on my own. I had to protect myself and my feelings so I learned to just keep going and figure it out. I’m getting better at asking when I know what I really need help with. Sometimes, I still don’t out of habit because I don’t want to come across as dumb or something.

@Alexandra Alexa Thank you. I will keep that in mind and practice. ❤️
I'd like to celebrate this with you🥳
So a few weeks ago I received my final grades, and with everything passed I knew that I will graduate my psychology studies. But now, I received my final results and I think for the first time in my life I am proud of myself for my results... Graduating with first class was something that I never thought it was possible... but I've done it... In the first year of studies, when I was thinking about first class, I thought it was for the super smart people... and I just left it there and never focus on it... My focus was all the time on studies and learning... and then applying what was relevant... And again... for me, this proves to be the most powerful lesson, that I also apply it with all my clients ➡️Don't focus on the final outcome, but focus on what you have to do to get that outcome. So now, I'd love to celebrate this with you lovely people by opening up the discussion and ask you of you apply this lesson in your work☺️

Woo Hoo! So Awesome! You Did It! Congratulations! Thanks for sharing! ❤️
🔴Who agrees with a tough leadership style?
I had a discussion with another coach on the subject that as a coach you have to push your clients to do the work, and your client have to be ok with being pushed... and if your client is not ok with that... then is not worth it to work with them... And I don't agree with this... at all... I believe that everyone has their own pace of doing things... and a very valuable skill that you must have as a coach is to understand your clients and how they think and fucntion, to be able to adapt whatever coaching you do with them... What do you guys think about this?

Sometimes, people may need to be pushed. It’s up to you to see if that what’s needed or what do they really need. I feel that some coaches are so action-driven that they don’t really pay attention where the client is. I don’t feel you will have to push too hard if people really want to accomplish what they set out to do. They may need a nudge and accountability to stay on the right path. ❤️
