@Amaya Moro hey yes it is my last name Kokotovis ... KoKo to Vision .. and basically I help people to turn back to their own vision on their health. And help to create lasting health habits into your day, instead of adding extra healthy things to do as an activity. The basic of life is to learn to listen to your body and have a good vision for your own health. From there you can really start balancing a healthy lifestyle with stress and inflammation under control. Which makes it possible to prevent many health issues people are facing nowadays :-) What are you doing for your skool? Nice to meet you

Hello Barcelona skool
Hi All, nice to discover this skool in Barcelona! From Amsterdam but living in BCN for 10 years now. I do speak Spanish but prefer English when writing. I just started my skool community as a health coach, it's called KoKo to Vision. Knowing the Barcelona city life style can be challenging with respect to healthy habits as it has both unhealthy and healthy woven into each other. I would love to meet some other skoolers here..
