I’m so grateful looking back on where I’m coming from at where I’m at today , yea I would have hoped for a higher score but in gods timing, yes I get frustrated at time but I look back at where I was before I joined ….plus all the new primaries I added are finally starting to mature month by month, while I keep learning money management with bill payments dos , don’t and smart approaches…. Thanks to the crew of credit school my credit score has improved significantly over the past 3 months and I am finally getting approved for credit

I am a nurse practitioner who is self-employed as a 1099 independent contractor. I opened my practice 21 months ago and for most banks they require 24 months of employment and Tax returns. I had neither so it wasn’t easy. I researched and researched and connected with a guy from Torro Funding who connected me with a guy from Big Think Capital who secures loans through Figure bank. I told him my story. He said they will fund the loan using the paid off home as collateral, my stated income, and credit score which on Experian was 731. They only pulled Experian.
