On the mend today, but unfortunately passing the torch to the wife as she is unwell now. Still had some ups & downs, but squeezed out a W. 30 mins walking pad for movement. Weekly planning and prep for Leader Habit. Water ✓ Protein ✓

Another day of getting my but kicked by this virus. Hoping today is the worst of it. Kept hydrated, at what I could and took vitamins.

Worke up in the middle of the night last night with a high fever and severe sore throat. Spent today resting and sleeping a lot and managing symptoms. Hit water, but nothing else today.
