✨ Day 3 – Each Breath a Return [21-Day Self-Reiki Daily Practice Challenge]
Hello everyone, and welcome to Day 3. 🌿 These first few days are all about settling in—finding your rhythm and gently building the habit of returning to your practice (even imperfectly). If it still feels unfamiliar or a bit different each day, that’s completely okay. This is part of the process. Today, we connect to our breath—not to control it, but to follow its natural flow. With each breath, you return to yourself… and invite the energy to move more freely through the body. ✨ Intention for today: Each breath is a return to myself. 🪷 Tip of the Day: As you move through your self-Reiki session today, let your breath be your companion. At each hand placement, pause to become aware of your breath—feeling it rise and fall beneath your hands. No need to change it—simply notice. With every breath, you’re returning to yourself. 🌬️ 🖊️ Optional journal prompt: What does “returning to myself” feel like today—physically, emotionally, or energetically? I love doing strawbreathing with the reiki energy makes me feel so grounded and present. I visualise sucking up all the energy and than allowing it to flow around me . It’s powerful in my body feels all tingly x

To belong!
I am thinking about the authentic self and when I was closest to that state of self. And I remembered. When I was a little girl, filled with hopes, walking on clouds of dreams, impatiently waiting for the miracles of life, love, and friendships. I was so - pure, and innocent! So happy and so enough for who I am! Hmm...but the world and the people did not accept me! They wanted, insisted fiercely my change! And I couldn't understand why realness is not OK, why being me is not enough?! There was sadness, deep profound sadness...people made me think and feel there was something wrong with me and I had to change that so that I could fit in and get the seal "APPROVED"! It took me years to comprehend that it was never about me, there was nothing wrong with me...it was them and their expectations about me! I felt scared and lonely, i wanted to belong and I began changing to fit in the different packs...accepting their conditions of worth to some extent where I still stay connected with my genuine self. And now I feel that the reversal process has started some while ago to become more and more myself! To be real, honest, kind, understanding, and to return to that little girl but wiser and more experienced! I belong to myself at last! Never lose yourself folks because of others and walk hand in hand with that unique and real version of yourself - it's always the right choice to be YOU! xxx

I’ve been quiet but still here
I’ve been quiet in this space lately, as I’ve started a 400-hour Breathwork Facilitator course with a strong focus on Conscious Connected Breath (CCB). Most of my energy has been directed inward, navigating this deep and transformative journey. But I want to share that my Reiki practice is still very much alive it’s evolving beautifully alongside my breathwork. Over the past five weeks, Ive been working through deep layers of personal trauma using CCB, and it’s having a profound effect on me. As part of the training, I practice five minutes of CCB daily and a longer 40-minute session each week. It’s been emotional and intense Ive become incredibly introspective, with many powerful realisations surfacing. One thing I’ ve noticed is how naturally I move into self-attunement after these breath sessions. I’ve really fallen in love with straw breathing it keeps me grounded in the present moment. I visualise myself sipping energy slowly through my body with long, deep inhales, and then letting the breath gently fall away. It’s simple, yet incredibly powerful. In my Reiki practice, I’m now working more deeply with the second symbol, and it’s becoming easier to connect with. Reiki continues to bring me peace and clarity ”something I never take for granted after spending nearly 20 years feeling dissociated and numb. To feel this safe and connected to myself is such a gift. I’ve not yet carried out a distance attunement for Reiki II, but I’m taking my time. For now, I’m really enjoying working with the energy in my own healing and in treatments. Peace & Gratitude Jane

Thank you ladies, I am on amazing journey and keep getting blown away by the power of our bodies. Connection is one of my core values and breath & reiki gives me deep connection to self and others. Yea it is and rich with content so lots to learn but I am really finding my authentic self again, and it’s beautiful using the reiki energy, to help me do that. It’s 10 mths of learnings 🫶🏽
