Akashic records
I only touched the surface for a general overall feel of what this is about. Essentially this is a collective of thoughts from the universe and is believed that we can get information and learn from this if we reach a certain level with our being and tap into this information. @Louis Lockett, Sr. This also discusses plasma and soundwaves and how it affects the universe and the flow. I thought the information was intriguing. If anyone might have any good insight on this as the basis is science as part of this theory. I wanted to mention as well is the part where it talks about our synchronicity and that's been in my thoughts as I have brought myself to a higher level and there are thoughts and ideas in my head and I honestly don't know where they are coming from but they are strong vivid thoughts. These thoughts tell me that my stimming is a primal trait and it's part of many humans traits but not all and it also tells me monotropic thought is an aid for my being as Autistic traits are natural and just misunderstood. I can hyperfocus with monotropic thought and that's a plus, not a deficit or hyperfixation and OCD because I can perfect things with these abilities. OCD in my thoughts to understand my human traits and my thoughts continue to go back in time and when we lived as human animals in our element with our natural abilities and lived as a collective that knew exactly how to maintain life with everyone's individuality for helping as a group the way we were meant. Modern society and conditioning the human brain for us all to be generally the same and to a specific reality of the majority of neurotypical way of thinking. Society disrupts the flow of our natural human traits because we have lost touch with who we are as a true individual and this causes dysfunction and dysregulation of ourselves and mental health issues because we cannot maintain the natural balance of our central nervous system because we are being programmed one way.

The “Akashic Records” ideology appears to be an invention of the Theosophy Society, likely an invention of Helen Blavatsky herself, sometime in the late 1800’s. The concept may have been inspired from Hindus ideas. It is supposed to be a reservoir of all knowledge that people can access if they reach a certain stage of physic development (which the Theosophical gurus are happy to teach, for a fee). A number of mystical movements in the west, including the Rosicrucians, also incorporate it into their teachings. There is no empirical basis for the existence of such a resource, or anything other extraordinary claim the Theosophy Society makes about the nature of the Universe.
Great meeting today!
Thanks, @Ken Parrott and @Shawn Carlson for joining this morning's coffee and science chat. We talked about a whole myriad of topics including autism, past lives, levitation the pyramids and more. I look forward to next week.

I enjoyed it too. Thanks for the being so welcoming. @Dr. Maria Nagy @Ken Parrott
Topic Of The Week: Past Lives
The discussion for this week is the concept of Past Lives or Reincarnation. There are obviously strong cultural and religious beliefs around this topic but I am curious about the scientific evidence either supportive or against this topic. i was talking with a friend of mine this weekend about this concept and I am so fascinated. I have attached my notes from my ChatGPT discussion on this topic. I am curious from a scientific stand point what evidences do you have on this topic either pro or against. Please share with the group best evidence on this topic. Poll Question: Do you believe in the concept of past Lives?

I am an empiricist. Doing science is all about making sure you’re not fooling yourself. So, for me, I always accept as my working hypothesis the least remarkable explanation of the best available evidence. For reincarnation, the null hypothesis is the least remarkable explanation of the current evidence. I therefore accept that reincarnation does not occur, but I am willing to change my mind should sufficient compelling evidence arise.

I’m a magician, and I’ve investigated a number of paranormal claims over the years. I’ve even published research in the field. I’d be grateful to see a reference to any published studies. However, without extraordinary evidence to support this extraordinary claim, I have to live my life as if the phenomenon does not exist.
