I'm 68. I gather together in this community, with JJ & her Team, to be challenged, inspired & supported to learn new daily habits for powerful aging & put them into practice. JJ & her Team share the content info so that I understand the concepts & challenge actions. They are caring, available & supportive to answer questions, & provide encouragement. Community members are also very caring & supportive as they share experiences. I'm very comfortable, here.
