Hi everyone, I'm Kee.👋 I joined the community today!! and ready to grow my business...I'm born and raised in Louisiana, was in DFW area for 20+yrs but now reside in south central PA. My 9-5 is project manager for large FI's doing mergers and acquisitions. My mindset = My job is stress and requires so many hours.. I'm known as the "fixer" in my profession. If I can "fix" all these large projects / programs for others what can I build for myself. Possibilities are endless... So excited to be amongst like minded individuals. Thanks to @Brendan Boyd and @Charles Noonan for encouraging me at the Podcast to cash tour! Wayne County PA, paid $700 at auction and sold for $7900. Three weeks on the market and the lead was from Land.com. Two more in my inventory getting sold this month. 💪🏾

Won auctions in AR 1 property won 2 weeks ago for $352 - redemption period has expired so just monitoring for it to be recorded 3 properties won last night for $1847 total. Super excited because 1 property is zoned for multi family and and the other 2 had houses on them that were demolished but that means my infrastructure is pretty much in place.

Just won my first auction paid in full. Super excited. Went through “AFRICA”, made the calls, and determined my highest bid. Scooped it right up. Thanks Charles, Tara, and Rosalee.
