Hi Everyone! My name is Cynthia Coufal. I was a school counselor for 25 years in KS. I did mostly high school and like high school best, but I have done all levels. Right now, I work with teens and young adults to help them manage their anxiety. I also help their parents too. I am also wanting to help school counselors. I would love to create content that would help them save time in their day so they can focus on direct student time. Thanks for the invite to this group!
