That was very engaging and entertaining! It was all so relatable and it’s so true that you just have to do things that suck to reach your goals. I think the chapter titles could have been on screen longer. I didn’t have a chance to read some of them (I’m a slow reader but think they might be too quick for faster readers too.) There was a glare on some of the shots. I like your natural lighting. I laughed out loud at multiple points. Like the little videos on screen while you were working out were so funny, and also things you said. You seem very natural in front of the camera. There were so many gems in here I thought it could have been broken up into multiple videos. Maybe people would be more likely to subscribe so they’ll catch the next video to see how it turned out? Idk I’m new at this, but just a thought. The end cards are covering your face. You can move those to the side (even after publishing in case you don’t know). I didn’t love the part about hoes but I may not be your target audience. ;) Overall great video!

Creator Boost tribe has been an interesting journey...
But, perhaps for me the community is too big. I kind of feeling a bit like drowning... Perhaps I'm not at the right place. Not because I haven't learned anything, but I need a more personal approach. So, I'm considering moving to a smaller community. Also, I get the impression that this community is not so much for beginners like me, starting from ZERO. SO, THANKS TO ALL. Definitely lots of people starting from zero like me. That’s what Alexa’s channel topic started as and continues to be about to some degree like the 30 day challenge. Some are just getting going or haven’t started, and others have grown with her or had already been at it a while. Sorry to hear you feel like you’re drowning. YT can definitely be overwhelming. It’s much more involved than I ever imagined but it’s a passion project for me so that keeps me going. I hope you find what you’re looking for!

OPERATION: Community Clean UP!
Hey everyone! I am so glad you are a part of this community and I want to make it even better. The goal is to create a space that you can feel safe, supported and able to learn in without crazy spammers, dropshippers or millionaires giving money away (what is that anyway??!?!) 😅 To be honest, I have been super frustrated with all the spammers in here. I was even on the fence about shutting it down altogether and starting over. YouTube Thumbnail Help
Can someone help me make a thumbnail for my upcoming video? I am new to all of this and making thumbnails is one of those tasks where my mind just shuts off. If someone is willing to help, message me on my private window and I will send you the material for the thumbnail. Thankyou.

I think if you go to Canva (free) and click on Canva AI and give it very detailed instructions about what you want, it will come up with something. Idk if it can use your photos or not though on the free plan. Chatgpt can make thumbnails too, even the free plan. I haven’t tried it with use loading a photo though. Make sure to tell it the correct dimensions and describe the vibe of your channel. You can tell it to ask you the questions it needs to make a good thumbnail. If you do want to try to make one yourself, you can start really simple by finding a thumbnail template you like, then replace the background image with your photo and change the words. Then each time you want to make a new one, click duplicate (right above the thumbnail) and make the changes. Use the help chat bot if you get stuck, it’s pretty helpful.

VidIQ Subscription worth it?
My channel is only a month old (but I’m in it to win it). ;) VidIQ is offering 55% off a monthly subscription forever (including Live Feed). Do y’all think it’s worth it? I’ve been using the free version for titles, descriptions, and looking at outlier videos, but that’s as far as I’ve gotten. I use chatgpt (and myself) for title ideas and then see how they score with VidIQ. It’s been helpful (although views are of course low at this stage), but it’s also time consuming to do it that way and they only give one set of title suggestions per day with the free version. I think Alexa also recommended comparing both VidIQ and Tube Buddy keyword analytics, but I haven’t gotten that far. I’ve also seen several YT teachers recommend Descript, but I don’t even know if that offers title/keyword help. I’d love to hear your experience. TIA!

@Bryant Becky it gives stats on keywords, scores and suggestions for titles, suggestions for keyword rich descriptions, etc . I’ve found the free version to be helpful so you might want to check that out. I kind of wish I had taken advantage of the half off sale because I just realized the paid version can use AI to automatically generate multiple shorts to choose from from long form videos, which would be a big time saver.
