After checking the email sent from Experian I found that they did update the personal info, but not all. They have my name correct but not the address and it was one of the addresses I asked to have deleted. Do I escalate still?

This is my se and attempt to get Experian to update my personal info and they keep sending this message back by email. I included everything in the envelope that they are asking for in this letter. I even put the personal documents together folded outwardly so they can see the info on them. Below is info from the email they sent me. It was difficult for me to attach the actual email. It won't display so I copied and pasted some of the email. They are saying the personal info was not legible or not clear or they did not receive it. That is not true because my printer was duplicating letters I printed clear legible copies on someone else's printer. Should I upload the info as they are requesting? CYNTHIA ALLEN, We were unable to honor your recent request because you did not provide sufficient or legible identification information for us to verify your identity. Please send proof of your Social Security number, such as a copy of your Social Security card or a document from the Social Security Administration that displays your name along with your Social Security number. In addition, we will need all of the following information: - One copy of a government issued identification card, such as a driver’s license, state ID card, etc. displaying your current address, and - One copy of a current utility bill, bank or insurance statement, etc. Please also include the following identification information: - Your full name including middle initial (and generation - JR, SR, II, III) - Social Security number - Date of birth - Complete addresses for the past two years Make sure that each copy is legible and displays your name and current mailing address and the date of issue. We are unable to accept voided checks, lease agreements, magazine subscriptions or postal service forwarding orders as proof. List any information that you would like to dispute, and tell us specifically why you believe the information is not accurate.

I filed my complaint with the CFPB against Jefferson Capitol and this is what they sent me. The bot really works thanks to coach Robin.!!

I did my credit clean up by certified mail TransUnion. I called them yesterday bout no changes. First rep telling me dispute in mail. Called back n new rep removed all hard inquiries. My score was 520 when I joined March 24 the community. I paid .99 to print the new score from TransUnion. I just pulled my scores from identityIQ on 6/16. The Experian n Equifax has changed as well should be in 700’s next week. They updated as well 🙌🏽TransUnion was my lowest score, l so love our community and Robin for giving us tools. The last pic is my scores on last Tuesday. Can’t wait to post new scores when Equifax n Experian send me new reports ❤️❤️❤️😘

I woke up this morning and looked at TransUnion...LVNV is gone!!! I'm just waiting on...Experian now!!! Thank you Yahweh!!!
