From Gratitude to Growth ✨ Celebrating This Challenge’s Winner + What’s Coming Next
First and foremost, thank you to every woman who showed up for herself, for the Gratitude Challenge, and for this community. What we are building here is deeper than participation. It is connection. And there is real medicine in sisterhood. I am so thankful for all of you. We had well over 100 entries, and I am so incredibly proud of you ladies. Gratitude is one of the most potent practices we have for creating a life of peace, joy, and emotional safety. When we intentionally retrain our nervous systems away from complaining, gossiping, and emotional dumping, and instead lean into higher thoughts, mindful language, and conscious awareness, we quite literally change our internal and external reality. It is so easy to look at our lives and overshare our struggles, replay what is hard, or bond through pain. But I want to lovingly remind you that life and death are in the power of the tongue. Our words matter. Our focus matters. Our perception matters. As my lovely @Liliana Salazar always references, Wayne Dyer says, “When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” Being alive is a gift. Right there. That is the biggest gift we have right now. Being in a horrific motorcycle accident in 2024 made me realize how much we take for granted in our daily lives. I experienced firsthand how incredibly blessed we truly are. And when we choose gratitude, especially on the days it feels harder, we begin to shift what we notice, what we attract, and what expands. I encourage you to keep posting your wins, gratitudes, and making this a daily practice by honoring yourself to show up for you, first. Plus the more the merrier. It gets to be fun. Personally, I love using a cute little pink journal or offering my gratitudes in prayer each morning. After practicing this for over 10 years, I have now wired myself throughout the day to look for the good, to notice the wins, the blessings, and the small miracles. When you continue to do this, it becomes more natural throughout the day and you begin to hold the energy of gratitude longer and longer. When you do that consistently, those things grow. Opportunities flow. Desires meet you. You stop chasing and start receiving.
