Something, i have realized about ember sales
It’s not always the “best” stores or the “best” products that win. Most times, it’s the people who simply stay active when everyone else slows down. Every Ember season, you’ll see: - People pausing their store because things feel “quiet” - Others waiting for Black Friday to magically fix everything - Some running the same ads from September hoping they’ll suddenly work - And many overthinking so much that they don’t test anything at all But the people who actually catch Ember sales? They’re usually the ones doing the small, unglamorous things:Refreshing creatives, updating product pages, tweaking offers, checking customer behaviour, paying attention to what buyers are feeling this time of year. Nothing crazy — just being awake while others sleep. Ember months reward momentum, not perfection.

Every Ember month, the same thing happens…
People start buying more.Gift season kicks in.Everyone wants something new for the holidays. And stores — even the small ones — suddenly start seeing random spikes in sales. But here’s the part nobody talks about: A lot of people miss out because they don’t even position their store for the rush. Not because they’re lazy… but because: - They don’t know what products move in Ember season - They aren’t consistent enough to catch momentum - They focus on big wins instead of small, steady ones - They’re scared to test when everyone else is testing - They underestimate how emotional holiday buyers are - They don’t prepare early enough - They expect success without data - They think Ember sales only happen for “big brands” Truth is — Ember months don’t magically reward “experts.”They reward whoever is prepared when demand shows up. Just sharing this because a lot of people get shocked by how fast things move this time of year.

Been noticing a pattern lately… especially now that Black Friday & Christmas are close.
A lot of people want to start dropshipping, but they’re stuck because of things like: - Not knowing what product to choose - Overthinking the “perfect” store design - Being scared of wasting money on ads - Getting overwhelmed by too many YouTube tutorials - Thinking they need everything figured out before they launch - Comparing their Day 1 to someone else’s Year 3 - Fear of failing publicly - Not having people around them who even understand ecom It’s crazy because these are the exact things almost everyone goes through at the beginning. Just thought I’d drop this here — if you’re feeling any of this, you’re not alone. A lot of us started from the same place. Which defines it?

Watching Everyone Prep for Black Friday & Christmas While Some People Are Still “Thinking About Starting” 😭
Every year it’s the same thing… Brands are gearing up for the craziest sales season of the year.People are about to make more in 2 months than they made all year. And at the same time, others are still saying“I’ll start when I’m ready.”Bro… this is the moment. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas — customers are literally in “buy anything” mode. You don’t need a perfect store. You don’t need a big budget. You just need to stop overthinking. Someone’s first sale is happening next week.It could be yours… but you actually have to start. What’s holding you back?
