One of our lovely members, @Lizzie Cooke, has kindly given me permission to sharethe situation she currently finds herself in. The big raging fires in Almería, Spain, are not far from where her community and friends live. The latest news from her is encouraging. She and her friends are safe, the fire is moving north, and the wind is expected to calm overnight. We're all hoping that continues. If it feels right to you, perhaps you could hold Lizzie, everyone affected, the emergency services, the families who have lost loved ones, the animals and wildlife, and Gaia herself in your thoughts or prayers today. As Lizzie so beautifully said: "It would be great if people can send love to those who lost loved ones and all the animals and wildlife and Gaia. 💗" Whatever your beliefs, may we take a quiet moment to send love, courage, protection and healing to everyone in the fire's path. ❤️ Much love to you all and thanks in advance! xx

After my camping trip, I've managed to give myself the most spectacular case of sunburn I've had in years! I sat in nature all afternoon on a warm, but breezy and really overdcast day. I won't do that again! I've ended up with a swollen eye, a very red and blistered face, blisters all over my back and I'm feeling pretty wiped out from the heat. So I've decided to give my body a couple of days to recover and won't be delivering our live classes tomorrow. I will still be posting the material for you, so you'll be able to listen and continue with the material as planned. It will be posted later on in the day. Thank you so much for your messages, prayers, candles and intentions. It has been quite the 48 hours since Easter Sunday. Your prayers have really helped. We've had some good news and some bad too. Situation: When Marshall was hit by a car, it badly broke one of his front legs, fractured the other front leg and also squished out his intestines from where they belong, giving him a hernia. Before they could make any decisions, they needed to know he was stable enough for surgery, and so gave him pain relief, oxygene and really watched him. Last night he had an operation to put his insides back together. It was a bit more complicated than they had originally thought, but I got a call at 01.25am this morning to comfirm that his hernia/intestines were sorted out and he was stable and being observed. But I just got a call and he is not in good shape today - spiking a fever, showing signs of pain and inflammation around his abdomen. So I still need you best wishes and prayers for his recovery please. Once he is stable and his fever/infection is over - we;ll be able to bring him home and this is when the next part of his healing adventure will begin. His badly shattered leg is a big injury. We had a conversation about the chances of a full recovery with medical intervention, and the osteo surgeon didn't think the chances of a successful surgery were good, so we're going to bring him home and wait and see if he can 'self heal'. (Their recommendation) This is going to be a long road for him, because the front legs carry more weight than the back. We'll be given lots of pain meds for him and see if time will be the ultimate healer. Thank you so much for your ongoing best wishes and prayers. I don't want to name his injuries, more I want to stabilise a field of 'already fixed / completely healthy' around his little furry body.

my apologies for the last minute notice. I need to cancel tonight and rest up. I was falling ill last night, and the morning I was able to work, but I was feeling much worse. I've rested today and got up again and just feel worse. So Tonight's session is postponed. I will rebook it when I'm recovered. Maybe next Monday, at the same time. It's for the Capricorn LIVE LAB Also, I've not created friday's forecast for tomorrow and into the weekend. I might complete this tomorrow If I'm well enough for a little recording.
