After working a long Night at work on a manic Monday I walked away feeling Defeated. I was exhausted & tired beyond belief. Not just physically but mentally too. Even the words expressed from my boss weighed on my mind along with hearing the hearts from my employees I supervise. Now I felt defeated emotionally too. I was defeated all 3 ways possible. Mentally, Physically & Emotionally. Have you experienced this too? And it’s not the first time!! After praying and getting some sleep God reminded me of who I am. “Then the game changed”. While I can’t control the things out of my hand, I can make sure I give my best and do my best no matter what. We are not intended to stay in one place to long because God needs to use us in multiple places so, sometimes you have to move forward while leaving part of a legacy behind. The reality is I’m not Defeated, the reality is it’s time to move forward. And I NEED to step out on Faith, trust the process while putting in the work and know that Gods Got Me.
