Sip, Eat, Glow: Your Summer Hydration Guide
Hydration is the foundation of an Ethereal body — clear skin, steady energy, and improved mood. As summer approaches, we shift toward rituals and rhythms that keep us nourished, glowing, and rooted in how we were designed to thrive. Stewarding the temple God gave you looks like more than sipping water throughout the day. Here are some of the ways we can hydrate from the inside out: 🍉 Eat your water Fruits and vegetables like cucumber, watermelon, celery, strawberries, and zucchini are 90–95% water. Building your meals around these foods gives your body a slow, steady source of hydration your cells can actually absorb. 🌄Start your morning with intention Before caffeine, reach for a full glass of water with a squeeze of lemon. It gently wakes your digestion, flushes what your body processed overnight, and sets a hydrating tone for the rest of your day. ☕️Swap one drink a day. Herbal teas — hibiscus, peppermint, chamomile — count toward your hydration and offer added benefits like reduced bloating and calmer energy. They're a beautiful, intentional alternative to reaching for another coffee. 🧂Add a pinch of minerals. Plain water doesn't always absorb the way we need it to. A pinch of sea salt or a few drops of trace minerals in your water helps your body actually hold onto the hydration you're giving it. 🏋‍♀️Hydrate around movement. Drink before you feel thirsty — by then, your body is already signaling depletion. A glass of water 20–30 minutes before meals and movement supports digestion, energy, and recovery. Choose 1 practical tool from this list and let us know which one, you’re going to implement this week!

ONE YEAR BIBLE READING PLAN
Welcome to Day One — May 1st One year from today, you will have read the entire Bible. Today marks the beginning of that journey, and I’m so glad you’re here to walk through it together. Here’s how to get started: 1. Begin with the Women of the Word Course If you haven’t already, head to the Classroom tab to start the Women of the Word course. This foundational teaching will equip you with practical tools and insight to help you study Scripture with clarity and confidence. 2. Follow the Monthly Reading Plan At the start of each month, you’ll receive a structured reading plan with daily Scripture. You can screenshot or print it out—whatever helps you stay consistent and track your progress. 3. Watch the Book Overview Videos Each time we begin a new book of the Bible, you’ll have access to a short overview video. These are highly recommended, as they provide context, highlight key themes, and help you engage more deeply with what you’re reading. 4. Engage in Weekly Discussions At the end of each week, we’ll come together to reflect on what we’ve read—what stood out, what was challenging, what God is teaching us, and how we can apply it to our lives. This is where growth deepens and community strengthens. 5. Stay Consistent and Don’t Be Discouraged You are stepping into all 66 books of the Bible—this is a meaningful commitment that requires patience and consistency. There may be moments that feel challenging, but you are not doing this alone. With support, accountability, and a willing heart, this is absolutely achievable—and it will transform you. Let’s begin!

Friendship Is Medicine
Science confirms what Scripture has always known: healthy relationships reduce stress, lower inflammation, and even strengthen immunity. God wired us for connection because He is relational. Isolation weighs us down; community lifts us into lightness. “A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.” Proverbs 17:17 God’s design supports Ethereal living through the gift of sisterhood — women who pray, encourage, and walk beside you. What is one thing about your faith friendships that you cherish most? https://www.instagram.com/reel/DR5ZF69EdYB/?igsh=dDJnenBjbGRybnc=

I love this! There are some particular women that have been so encouraging through my faith Journey over the last 18 years that I am grateful for their steadfast commitment to Christ. They have always encouraged me back to the word and to prayer which I am grateful for.

@Norma Huffman Father God I just pray over Norma this week ahead that you would give her perfect peace and courage to be a strong member of the jury. May her worldview as a Christ follower shine through in her discernment and wisdom. May you use her as a light in the darkness to those around her. We know that your timing is perfect and you have called her to this role for such a time as this. May she be ready to share the gospel and/or her testimony if a door opens for her. Amen 🙏
