I think this is something we have all felt!

You have worth. You are loved. You have untapped strength within. Reach deep and grab it, own it 💪. Doesn't matter how many people told you you couldn't...You actually can. Get up, attempt it, push it, believe it. The people who said nasty things, they lied, because of their own insecurities. The nasty things you told yourself, are also lies, change your inner dialog. You got this. Look for the colours amongst all the grey, they're out there, even a glimpse will spread and brighten the rest of your day. Strive, to be the best you. Even if everyone around you sucks...find a better crowd. Join a group, try a new hobby, chat to a stranger, get out of comfort and into the unfamiliar.....Grow. learn. Always be curious. Smile. Laugh. Live. ✨🌟 Start right....NOW!!! The only person stopping you.....is YOU. Peace and Much love.

Friendly reminder that some people prefer you broken. Your progress exposes their insecurities. Success will create enemies out of friends. It’s a choice we have to make. We can try and be “liked” by everyone and put ourselves last or we can be ok with having a few enemies and put ourselves first. I choose me. How bout you?

One night, back when I was drinking heavily, I was sitting in my car, parked in a random parking lot sipping on vodka or whatever booze I could get my hands on that day. I remember sitting there in tears, in complete desperation. I was talking to god, pleading for help. In my mind, I was at the edge of a cliff and holding on to any reason not to jump right off. Suddenly I looked up and realized I was sitting in a church parking lot. I saw this as a sign. I noticed the lights were on so I decided to stumble up to the front steps. I attempted to open the doors but they were locked. I remember the feeling of complete abandonment and thinking nothing could save me in that moment. I ended up making it home that night, not quite sure how to be honest. God wasn’t there for me in that moment but here’s the thing; Two weeks later I fell asleep at the wheel drunk, drinking and driving. I was woken up by the cops in the ditch. The car was completely totalled, but by some miracle, I came out of there without a single scratch. That was the sign I was looking for and it was the last day I ever drank. That was 5 years ago. Turns out god was looking out for me all along. He just needed me to see it for myself in his own way.
