I need to cancel tomorrow’s call and pause the community for now. The honest reason is that I do not currently have the capacity to lead this space with the consistency and clarity it deserves. I left the event scheduled because I forgot to turn the recurring calls off, and I’m sorry for the late notice. Rather than continuing to schedule things and hoping I can find the energy to fulfill them, I’m stopping and reassessing what I’m building, how I want to work, and what I can sustainably commit to. Thank you to everyone who joined, participated, or trusted the idea. This is not a reflection of the value of the people here. I need to take responsibility for the fact that I cannot properly hold the community in its current form. I’ll leave this post up so nobody is left wondering what happened.

Today I went into a little more of the background of why I developed The Trace, and helped to connect the dots on why getting to the programs underneath our problems is so critical. @Lindsay Koenig joined in and shared some of her experience and made a commitment to finding one fun event/activity this week to connect with other like minded people in the Phoenix area, and to run the Trace by next Sunday.

As part of the suggestion from my AI assistant to help to integrate the results from The Trace, especially to support my mission, I made this podcast. At first it told me to "Speak about a time when I stopped asking for permission to be myself"...which I laughed at. Then later when we went through the Pattern, the wound, the issue was that I had always been asking for permission, waiting for someone else to give me approval instead of just taking it myself. Why? Fear of being seen as arrogant, ego driven, or just being someone who can be judged. So instead of making a podcast about when I stopped asking for permission, I dived into the wound a bit deeper, and shared how that wound has been a part of my life the last few years.
