New skills in Agent Zero?
I see a bunch of skill markdown files within Agent Zero that looks like they came around December 18th, it would be nice we could have a little explanation of how they work and how they compare to CLAUDE skills, I'm uploading a bunch Claude skills files myself in the knowledge section and also there's a couple Github repositories that have a whole bunch of prompts including system prompts from Claude and Open AI and a few other things So I want to analyze what makes effective system prompt and What makes a good regular prompt and what makes a good skills prompt. Anyway I want to know what the developer is thinking

Agent Zero in 36 hours
Okay, yes I was working a bit throughout the weekend. How could I not... I'm obsessed with A0. So I managed to learn lots and set up A0 just for my needs and those of my family. I reckon about another week or messing about and I will have 2026 all planned and AO working well. My very own Agent OS is almost complete. Yeah! Bloody amazing software! I asked for a summary of the achievements of the past 36 hours and using my new built in image gen using Replicate API, I requested a sketch style drawing to represent our achievements (A0 and I). A little bit of work on this image is required but I'll wait until the next time I've made progress to update it. You get the idea.😁

LM Studio
Hey Guys, I just joined the group, do you have any ideas about how to run this with LM Studio with LLM model locally set on the Mac

LM Studio works perfectly fine, because agent zero is running in Docker and LM studio people usually run on their computers When you launch LM Studio in develoer mode and you see that model is the model say reachable at this end point, and then you can copy that URL to put into agent 0. You don't need to use an API key for LM studio but in agent 0 you have to select LM studio in your setup. I'm a Windows guy and my Mac use is kind of limited but there's three keys which is the api endpoint for LM studio has to be in Agent zeros model information, it should work just right through the agent 0 interface, but if you have problems, when docker is running and you can see the files of agent 0, you have a .env file in the main directory and a conf/model_providers.yaml which is what is picked up by models.py so if your settings arent quite working you can manually edit the yaml file. Have your LLM in LM studio help you with the setup, is what I would do.

Stuck in the discord server loop
Maybe I just have to be approved or something but in the discord server I got stuck in the verification process, clicked on the "what do you want to do in the server" thing, clicked ok, and still can't see any other channels. I am a member of a ton of other servers for awhile and have been verified in a lot of them, but not agent zero.

Poll: what cloud provider do you guys use?
Hello community, for future consideration when developing hosting-related features/improvements for a0, what are the most popular cloud providers you normally use? I am in the process of choosing a provider to build my new lab for cloud experiments and I would like to align with what is in use for the majority of our users. I went with Contabo because Contabo and Hetzner are the cheapest cloud providers out there that I've ever seen, I like Contabo so far https://contabo.com/

Also if you want to down and dirty try a setup or an app I like Elestio, they have a bunch of 1 click installs and you pay for the time it is running, so I start the service, get the login, try it out and then if I like it delete the service and host it on Contabo. They also let you host on Hetzner instantly with a small markup. https://elest.io/
