The strawberry full moon we just had brought me to my knees, as I experienced physical and emotional pain that I had not felt in a very long time. That long, that I reached out to this community for support. Thank you @Pavithra Venkatesan and @Timea Nikè for your helpful advice. I followed my intuition and I went for a walk in nature, to visit a very old Hawthorn tree that lives nearby. It immediately relieved my headache and grounded me. It also brought clarity. By the time I got home, the physical symptoms were gone and I knew what I had to do next. The moral of the story is; humans were never meant to suffer in isolation. We all need support and must feel empowered to show vulnerability and ask for what we need. Also, when in pain, worth reconnecting with nature, particularly visiting an old tree as they carry ancestral wisdom and spiritual healing power. If you read this far, blessed be 🙏

There has been big request in the other Skool community around having a women’s circle. We have hosted this in the past with Eva, Asia and Caitlyn, and they have for the past 2 months been navigating a lot of moving pieces in their personal lives, so their monthly call has currently been paused. With that said, if any of you are keen to co-fascilitatr a women’s circle inside the other community, please let me know below. The important thing here is honoring the structure. Ideally, we are able to host a women’s circle the same date each month. This will be optimal for attendance. This call can also be hosted on rotation if more of you want to participate in hosting this. Your benefit? People get to get a taste of your medicine and so this might open conversations for people to work with you and your offers. This is something we can discuss in more detail to make your time and energy input here aligned and reciprocated. Hey there! Is anyone else feeling the effects of the full moon? Splitting headache, kidney and ovary pain plus a feeling of dizziness. Smoke cleansing seems to have made the symptoms stronger and grounding in the garden in the sun hasn’t helped either. Any advice? I know I’m shedding something big but I haven’t felt like this in a very long time.
