BUILDER HOT TAKE — BORING CAN BE BEAUTIFUL
A repeatable process may feel less exciting than a new strategy. But if the “boring” move keeps creating useful results, it may be the most valuable thing you have found. What part of your build is becoming usefully boring? Or do you disagree?

🌟 COMMUNITY SPOTLIGHT — PHOENIX HATCHLINGS
This week’s Community Spotlight goes to our #1 Weekly Builder Leaderboard winner, @Emma Pollard! 🏆🔥 Emma earned the top spot and chose the Community Spotlight as her reward, so today we’re putting the spotlight on what she’s building. 🔦✨ Her community is called Phoenix Hatchlings — a space for midlife women entrepreneurs who want to get better at protecting their time, setting boundaries, and actually letting go of some of the things they’ve been carrying themselves. 😅 One line Emma sent me really stood out: “Boundaries aren’t a soft skill. They’re business infrastructure.” And that pretty much tells you what she’s building around. The client who wants just one more revision. The task you know you probably should hand off. The hours you keep giving away because saying no feels risky. Emma’s helping women work through those things one boundary at a time — without the fluff or the “just think positive” stuff. 🙌🏽 If that sounds a little too familiar 😂 go check out Phoenix Hatchlings and show one of our fellow Builders some support. 👉 skool.com/phoenix-hatchlings-9403 And Emma, congrats again on taking the #1 spot this week! 🔥 What’s one boundary you wish more entrepreneurs learned to set earlier? 👀 Everyone else, if you check out her community, come back and let Emma know what caught your attention! 🙌🏽✨

HOW TO GROW A SKOOL COMMUNITY WITHOUT BURNING OUT
Sustainable growth needs a rhythm you can repeat. A simple system might include: • One way people discover you • One way they understand the offer • One way they take the next step • One way new members begin • One way you review the evidence You do not need to be everywhere. You need a path that works often enough to learn from. Which part of your current growth process depends too heavily on last-minute energy?

@Paulo Costa, The Roaster I totally get that, Paulo! ❤️ Organic is wonderful, but it takes a LOT of time and energy to keep showing up everywhere. 😂 I love that you’re learning paid traffic not only to grow your own community, but as another skill you’ll eventually be able to use to help other people too. That’s smart! 🔥 I’m still learning the organic part over here. 😂 One thing at a time! ❤️

@Joshua Guerrero YES! 😂❤️ And I think you just described exactly what happens to me — we create this amazing giant plan, look at the whole thing and go, “Okay… maybe tomorrow.” 🤣 That’s why I’m trying the 7-Day Challenge. It gives me one focused thing to talk about for a week instead of feeling like I need to create ten different things every day. And YES, I can promote the challenge leading up to it, share what’s happening during it, and then celebrate the winner afterward. 📸🎟️🔥 I think you’re right about finding that happy medium. Once a day worked for you! Maybe the answer isn’t 10x more — maybe it’s taking what already worked and building on it without making yourself dread doing it. 😂❤️ And YES to YouTube! 🎥 I’m trying to get that ball rolling too. We can learn together! ❤️
