How many of you have hired coaches to help you in your video and/or podcasting efforts? Did you find it helpful? Did you find it worth the investment? If cost wasn't a limiting factor, what would you love to have someone teach you how to do?

A few weeks ago I mentioned I was ordering an Insta360 Wave and Link2 webcam. Links below. I'm blown away. I had long struggled to find a way to make high quality video/audio content with multiple people. If you are just doing things solo, it's pretty easy. But if you want multiple people, it gets complicated fast. Audio and Video become complicated. I bought very high quality mics and video mixers and hardly used them because they're just complex to use. Along came away the Wave and Link2. Separate products that work together to solve all my problems. The AI software uses the mic to detect the direction of the speaker and the moves the web cam to the speaker via its gimbal. It's so small and simple. I'm including a picture of the device. Below is a short clip with stock video and audio. I added some light blurring on the camera. I mentioned in a post last week that I had a tiktok video go viral. I then had a second video go viral on an entirely different topic. Both went viral because there was tons of comments and engagement--positive and negative to the idea I was presenting. Both of these clips were 30-60 second parts of a 30+ minute long form video on a range of topics. I now plan to create stand alone long form videos on those topics and post additional content on those ideas. My general content framework now goes something like this. general long form video. -->. short form clips --> focused long form and other content on topics that succeeded with clips.

I took the kids fishing in the boat on Sunday, but a lot of the weekend was spent doing chores around our house and property and getting kids ready for school. I spent a lot of time deploying more and more AI in my practice, especially Claude. And I had a chance to really dig in to my Go High Level account and using the AI with that to update my contact list and it was amazing! If there's one thing I really regret not doing sooner was building and nurturing my list. At the end of the day, your list or group of people in your circle of influence is the one thing that can make or break your dreams and goals. I should have started a long time ago, but it's better late than never!

I had a short go "viral" by my standards (52k views) over the weekend. It has 345 hours of watch time and has gained me 81 new followers on TikTok. This wasn't a fluke either, as I've posted very similar videos in the past and gotten 20-30k views. This was anything but a high quality video. I recorded this in a metal repair shop with good but not great mics and just my Macbook camera. This was a long form video that I chopped in to reels on Opus and published to the main channels. This is a great way to test concepts and ideas with your audience and boy is this topic red meat for my two converging audiences--truckers and farmers.
