How are we all doing?
If you’re new here: introduce yourself please… we wanna know you… we already see you 😊 If you’re not new here.. welcome the newbies… SAD (Seasonal Adjustment Disorder) The weather is changing (in England at least)… less sun, less daylight, less air, temptation for less exercise, more comfort food. Heard of SAD… think there’s a connection? Now would be a great time to get into some good habits around food, exercise & behaviours to keep the natural dopamine flow at a reasonable level. • Don’t try and change everything at once • All or nothing never works • Keep it interesting to you • Allow the fun, naughty stuff - just add a balancer I’m just trying to work out the best medium for sharing some possible options that could help everyone… news to follow #happylife Happy Thursday or as I like to call it… Thursday

It’s the day light for me having worked years ago some bc w v ere where in Autumn and winter and autumn months I saw no day light. Vit d helps but the difference in me between and cloudy l day and a sunny day instead s noticeable. Like you I’m not a fan of the heat!
My ADHD Book Collection
📚 My ADHD books are still available on Amazon. Three books. Six traits. 50 years. One man. A vulnerable tell all from different parts of my own ADHD journey. 📖 Adult ADHD: From Grief to Growth My story of the 48 years that led to my late diagnosis; and the grief that came afterwards. Written for adults trying to make sense of what a late ADHD diagnosis can bring. 👉 https://amzn.eu/d/0SCXGur 🧠 RSD & Me: Understanding how Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria affected my life long before I even had a name for it - and the things I learned to do to manage it. 👉 https://amzn.eu/d/0dS5hghs ⚙️ The Executive Function Paradox A look at why knowing what you should do doesn’t always mean you can actually do it; and what that tells us about ADHD and executive function. 👉 https://amzn.eu/d/dlhnhUU I wrote these because sometimes understanding & accepting why your brain works the way it does is the first step towards doing something different. If you’re navigating ADHD, late diagnosis, RSD or executive dysfunction, hopefully one of them helps. ❤️ #ADHD #AdultADHD #LateDiagnosis #RSD #ExecutiveFunction

It’s great I love being Neuro divergent as it’s all I know. Do I want to be neurotypical no way. I have 46 years experience of brain NT could be worse!
Let’s see some JOY!!!!!!
Who’s got a Friday win to share… with our Mina glow can we possibly lose? My best win this week was being 15 minutes late for a coaching discovery call today and when I got on the call, thinking he wouldn’t be there… he was there and he said “well we have got ADHD, it’s all good” then we talked for a good 90 minutes before made one of the quickest yes decisions I’ve had on these calls!! Lemme hear your successes and share some happiness x
