@Steven Paradis Morel, I've been using Markate for two years now and Xecute for a few months. Using the two together works seamlessly for us. Markate's structure is fantastic as we are mobile and can take care of all of our tasks on our IPad. Now that we have incorporated Xecute my job on the backend has been a lot easier. Downfall, it's new to me so remembering to use it is what i am currently working on. The main feature I really like is the lead form, and then converting to customer. Quick conversation on the phone, go to the app, copy link, and text it off. I don't need to be filling out information when I am out in the field.

@Darius Roberts, Craig with Full Tank. For the past year I have been toying with the idea of adding Marine Services to our business profile. After this years winterizing season I have determined it is a must for our area. Our Dockside Refueling program ties us in directly to the marine industry so it works for us to add the service, making it a one stop shop for our customers. Now, it comes down to logistics, employees, State Filings, ect. IMO, if the industry fits it, it meshes well with your platform, and makes business sense I'd go for it.

Morning and Happy Thursday! We pulled the trigger, excited for the stream lining! Does or did anyone have any issues with getting the text feature to work? Emailed support two days ago and no response. Making me authenticate and when I try to log on it tells me user already exists….stuck. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

We had a CRM in the past and it helped streamline our flow to reduce bottlenecks but didn't fit our business platform. After exploring Markate for a couple of weeks now I think this might be a good fit. Excellent platform here reading all it can do and the advantages of getting me out of the office!
