For me... - Train or stretch every day (I'm tight as fuck right now!!) - 4 hours of DEEP work every morning. - 1 house task ticked off each night (I have A LOT to do) If I get that done this week I'll be extremely happy!

For me, Get four gym sessions in. Busy week last week I never got in at all. Lock in my sleep pattern. Catch up with course work.
