We contemplated 2 main questions that we build everything around: 1. What do you want to be doing on a daily basis that brings value to others 2. Who do you want to work with? Problems: -turned paid too fast -doesn’t have the right members We looked at: -his about page -his offer -his competitor’s offer -his market -how he helps them -where to find them Outcome: -created a solid plan of action - optimized for testing the new Skool feature Skool Boost -created a high ticket offer -test it w 5 people -generate testimonials -use his blueprint & pricing calculator as a lead magnet -get leads from his Facebook groups and his contacts in South America -create potential low ticket tier down the line, after the high ticket is proven and converting on autopilot
