Good Tuesday Morning Ladies!!
Memorial Day weekend is officially behind us and for many of us, today is the real reset. Vacations are wrapping up, routines may feel a little off, and life is calling us back into structure. I made it back to Georgia safely and it’s officially back to the grind for me too. But here’s your reminder: You do NOT have to “punish” yourself for enjoying life. No extreme workouts! No starving yourself. No guilt. Just get back to the basics: ✔️ Water ✔️ Movement ✔️ Protein ✔️ Sleep ✔️ Consistency One good decision at a time. The people who see results long term are not the people who are perfect… They’re the people who know how to reset quickly. So today, let’s lock back in together. 💪🏽

Heyyy been a minute. But we're back with you on Operation: Lean Out & Level Up. Today to get back on track movement is my focus this week.

No pressure to be perfect, just a reminder to show up for yourself in some way today. Whether that’s getting your workout in, making a better food choice, drinking more water, or simply shifting your mindset… it all counts. Consistency is what changes everything, not motivation! Good Morning Ladies! I have been extremely busy, but been still finding a pocket of time to get a workout, walk or run in. So this week I want to continue that. And aim to do something everyday. 💪🏽

Quick check-in. What did you train today? Or are you taking an active rest day? Either way… be intentional. Weekends are where most people fall off. They lose structure, fall into old habits, and reset all over again on Monday. We don’t move like that. If you’re resting, make it make sense. If you’re training, show up with purpose. Little late here but last we got back in it. 💪🏽 was able to get tot the gym 4 times last week and included boxing. Then hit a jog on Saturday. Sunday rested and recovered and meal prepped. Heading out of town later this weekend for a conference which can get out of wack of bit. So hoping to get it in first few days.

We Move With Intention Now!
We’re no longer building momentum… we’re protecting it. We are officially 50 women in this space, and that means something. This is not a group you scroll through. This is a space you contribute to. Because in May, we go deeper. We go live. We train together. We start applying everything we’ve been talking about. So this week is about tightening up. No more guessing. No more “I’ll figure it out later.” You either have a plan… or you’re choosing to stay the same. Before today ends, I want you to get clear on: 1. How many days you are committing to train 2. What your body focus is this week (fat loss, strength, toning, discipline) 3. ONE habit you are locking in daily (water, steps, protein, sleep, etc.) And this time… don’t just post it. Execute it. Because the difference between where you are now and where you say you want to be… is in what you do consistently this week. In this circle, we don’t wait for motivation. We lead ourselves. And we help the woman next to us do the same. Drop your plan below, and don’t just post and leave. If you see another woman’s comment: ✔️ Acknowledge her ✔️ Encourage her ✔️ Hold her to it This is how we build real accountability. This is how we separate from every other space online. We’re not here to watch each other… We’re here to grow. Let’s lock in.

Opps I think I posted in the wrong message. 😅 But goood morning! 1. I plan this week is to train at least three times. Also adding, mindful eating since I will be out of town at conference. Not on a crazy diet, but you know how it can get.🥲 2. Losing is my focus right now. 3. Last week my goal was movement everyday. This week is about intention steps and hitting 10k at least. And if anyone is crazy enough to do a Challenge on the Apple Watch hit me up 🤗
Mastery Circle Update: We’ve Reached Capacity
We’ve officially reached 50 members. 🥂 😎 And to protect the quality, accountability, and energy inside this space… the Mastery Circle is now closed. Moving forward, new members will only be accepted on a limited basis and will require a $14/month commitment. This isn’t just a group, it’s a space for women who are serious about mastering their body, habits, discipline, and overall wellness. Starting in May, we’ll begin our Sunday live sessions, where I’ll walk you through structured workouts and foundational principles so you can experience what virtual training with me truly looks like. You’ll also start seeing more: • Structured guidance • Intentional programming • Real accountability • Education that actually moves you forward To keep this space aligned, engagement matters. If you haven’t introduced yourself or contributed yet, I’ll be reaching out personally. After three check-ins, I’ll begin removing inactive members to make space for women who are ready to show up, engage, and grow with us. This is how we protect the standard. 🥰📈 If you’re already here, you’re here for a reason. Let’s lock in.
