Don't "beat yourself up" if you stumble, stutter or forget to ask questions. No one is perfect. The key is constantly taking imperfect action. Don't force or come off as desperate when building relationships with agents, realtors, buyers or sellers. Choose a skill you'd want to master, then find like minded people who you can network with and won't think you're asking them a dumb, stupid or "rookie question. No matter how much you think you know about this business, ALWAYS(with the STRONGEST EMPHASIS) remain a student
