Before you walk away... Take a moment. Don't look only at what hasn't happened yet. Look at who you've become since you started. Think back six months. What did you know then that you know now? What could you do then that you can do now? What conversations have you had? What mistakes have taught you something? What fears have you faced? What have you learned about yourself? How many lives have you touched along the way? You may be surprised by how much has already changed. But here's where it gets interesting... If you can grow this much in six months, imagine who you could become in the next two years... Imagine the skills you could develop. The confidence you could build. The lessons you could learn. The relationships you could create. The business you could build. And perhaps most importantly... the person you could become capable of being. The Valley of Despair can make us focus entirely on today's struggle. It can make us forget that we're in the middle of a process. Growth isn't always comfortable. Sometimes it feels like uncertainty. Sometimes it feels like frustration. Sometimes it feels like taking two steps forward and one step back. But that doesn't mean nothing is happening. You are learning. You are adapting. You are unlocking capabilities that may have been dormant for years. So before you decide that it's not working... Before you decide that you're not capable... Before you decide to walk away... Look back. Acknowledge the distance you've already travelled. Then look forward. Not just six months. Not just one year. Imagine what becomes possible when you give yourself two more years of learning, action, resilience and growth. You don't have to know exactly what that future looks like. You just have to give yourself the opportunity to discover it. Don't walk away from a future you haven't given yourself the chance to build. Keep learning. Keep moving. Keep becoming. ❤️ Francois

Sometimes you become so familiar with what you're building that you stop noticing your own progress. What was once an exciting idea eventually becomes another ordinary item on your to-do list. But stop occasionally and look around. Some of what feels normal to you today once existed only in your imagination. Your current normal might actually be something your past self worked incredibly hard to reach. There will always be another goal. Another project. Another thing to build. But today, give yourself a little credit. We're actually getting there. 🚀

One of the easiest ways to lose perspective on your journey is to keep looking at how far you still have to go. The next goal. The next milestone. The next commission. The next level. And suddenly, everything you've already achieved disappears from view. But what if you stopped for a moment and looked back? Look at what you know today that you didn't know six months ago. Look at the skills you've developed. The mistakes you've learned from. The uncomfortable conversations you've had. The content you've created. The things you've finally figured out. The moments when you wanted to quit but kept going. That's progress. And progress matters because results don't always appear immediately. Sometimes you're building the foundation long before anyone can see the house. So don't only ask: "How far do I still have to go?" Also ask: "How far have I already come?" That question can completely change your perspective. Celebrate the small wins. Learn from the setbacks. Recognise the growth. Then turn your attention forward again. Because the goal isn't to convince yourself that you've arrived. It's to recognise that you are moving. And every step forward is evidence that you are becoming more capable of reaching the destination. Keep building. Keep learning. Keep moving.
