Hey Crew! This well has been amazing in many ways. As I’ve mentioned many times in the Masterclasses, I was training to compete in my first body physique competition. Well, I did it! I placed 1st and 3rd respective in my categories. The wins came with a lot, and the aftermath has been fairly difficult. After manipulating my diet and water intake for maximum efficiency, my body is freaking out. For this reason, I’m going to take the rest of the day to rest.
