I'm Jeevan, a qualified doctor from the UK... but I just quit. Let me tell you why... I hate seeing the modern healthcare system as it is. I just couldn't do it anymore. It's all messed up with big food and big pharma and I had so many patients that were stuck in behavioural cycles for decades, leaving them with irreversible health damage. I want to help people to make sustainable change, not just give them a tablet to manage the symptoms. I want to help people before they get as ill as I saw them in hospital. I know that really it's all just about the basics (diet, exercise, sleep, stress management, relationships), and I just want to help people and build a career doing it. I'm really early in my coaching career, so I want to learn from everyone here! I do feel a bit behind in my career making a pivot after all my years at medical school, but I know that this truly is where I'm supposed to be. When we first started running coaching transformation retreats in Bali… I had a big problem. Within 3 months of coming up with the idea to run the 10 day retreat in a paradise on the other side of the world… We had sold 10 people for $10k. The only thing left was to come up with program content for the 10 days that would justify the investment of $10,000 that each attendee had invested. What could I do with those coming that would be worth so much time and money? It wasn't going to be easy. Each one of them was different. Some were beginner coaches… But many had been coaching for a number of years and some had over 10 years in the industry. To make things more challenging, the markets they were coaching in ranged from: * Business consulting * Anxiety * Relationships * Mindset * Health and fitness I knew I had to come up with something truly different to anything else on the market. So I called by business partner Dave and asked him: “What is it that all coaches, regardless of what kind of industry they're in, want for themselves and their clients?” “From what I'm seeing,” Dave said, “brand new coaches want to know how to get started and people who are already coaching want to know how they can level up.” Bingo. “That's what we're going to do,” I said. “I'm going to put together a program so that everyone who comes, whether they're a beginner, an intermediate, or even an experienced coach, will leave the retreat with a step by step to level up.” So that’s what we did. And the results were INSANE. All the attendees had big breakthroughs and personal transformations. And they left knowing how to help their clients achieve the same thing. In fact… Half of them said they'd gotten their money's worth from the retreat after the first day! It was then I knew I was onto something. And took the content I taught at the retreat… And turned it into my new book Expert Coach Secrets
