Water Retention with Tessa/Ipa
Anyone notice a lot of water retention with Tessa/Ipa and have suggestions on how to reduce that?

@Jennifer Bannister 250mcg of Tesa was all I could handle without water retention IPA I stayed at 150mcg entire cycle

@Jennifer Bannister I did 2ML in my 10MG vial for ipa and for 150mcg it’s 3 units. For Tesa at 250mcg it would be 5 units.
Peptides
I have started the journey with peptides mainly with the GHK-CU and Reta. Can’t help in the back of my mind worrying if there will be any long term problems picked up down the track from the use. However I think that’s what they want us to think and worry about. Would like to use more of the peptides. What’s everyone’s thoughts on this.

Make sure to get lab work done before or near beginning starting and after each cycle. I was kind of in the same situation as you are a little reluctant, but after seeing not only my body composition scan, but my lab results and they are better than they’ve ever been in my 42 years. 💕
