I'm starting some email outreach - is it ok to send it from my usual email ([email protected]) or should it come from something that sound more like a business? Also, any tips for email outreach?
Not only would it look more professional to have a business domain. I believe you could end up blacklisted from your personal email if you use it too much
Other option is to set up a burner gmail account, but with them you need to warm them up, which can take 2-3 weeks but theres software you can use for this
Hey everyone — I'm are looking to partner with an AI automation and web development agency or talented solo operator. We work with exterior cleaning businesses (Pressure Washing, Soft Washing, Gutter Cleaning, Solar Panel Cleaning, Roof Cleaning businesses) on the marketing and lead generation side, and I’m looking to build a partnership with a team or person that can handle automation systems and high-quality website builds. *Must have experience working with real businesses and be able to show past work/results.* If you do web development, I’d love to see a few sample sites you’ve built or a mock website for an exterior cleaning business. And if you’re in AI automation, feel free to share some examples of automations/workflows you’ve created as well. Drop your portfolio, examples, or shoot me a message. Looking forward to connecting with some solid teams/people in here. Thank you!
When I started, I was thinking: “What AI products should I build?” After reading comments, researching, and observing workflows, I’m starting to think the better question is: “What repetitive business problem already costs people time or money?” Because businesses don’t buy AI. They buy outcomes. Right now I’m exploring pain points around: - lead follow-ups - client onboarding - internal reporting - CRM updates - scheduling - repetitive admin work - content workflows - customer support processes I’m trying not to assume where demand exists before speaking to more people. So I’d like honest input from builders/business owners here: 👉 What repetitive workflow do you see businesses struggling with the most? 👉 What process wastes the most time in your experience? 👉 If you could automate ONE thing in your business today, what would it be? I’d rather build around real pain than cool ideas. Learning publicly continues.
