your form is good and you have a nice even rhythm with it. some exercises i’ve been doing this week that help a lot.. work on increasing the height slightly, try to walk around and still maintain your pattern, do it while slowly spinning in both directions, focus on bringing your hands down a bit more to pad the catch (this will also help make higher throws easier and more consistent) i’ve also only been doing 4 balls for 6-8 weeks and these things have helped my pattern a lot recently
Hi.
hi I'm oliver (on my mom's account). New here. I've been juggling for about 4 months. Next I want to learn box variations and Dave's Dilemma

Nice bro! Your form is super clean, I’ve only been juggling for 7 months but your factory and mill’s might be even smoother than mine :) have you tried clubs or rings? I find them to be even more fun than balls a lot of the time so give em a go if you haven’t

I'm curious, do you guys agree with the difficulty levels assigned to the patterns on https://libraryofjuggling.com/TricksByDifficulty.html ?

For me 441 is wayyy easier than the others in level 4 and factory is harder than the others in level 3 and harder than 441 as well. Only been juggling for like 7 months so I haven’t learned many tricks in level 5 or beyond other than Mill’s Mess, shower, 4 ball columns, and chops. These all seem like they fit in level 5 but I’m not too familiar with the others so idk beyond that. I see that the box is in level 6 and I’m okay at that and don’t think it should be in level 6 lol. It all seems fairly arbitrary
Cascade I think?
I think this is 3 ball cascade, gonna check out the course to see what to work on next! This is all I know right now, but I just got the course and fly juggling balls so I’m excited to learn more! I feel I can keep cascade going for a while but my throws don’t look super consistent. Also, with the Fly Juggling Balls, It’s hard to express in a video how cool they really are, but they really do feel amazing and super comfortable to juggle with!

Yep that’s cascade, looks good dude! 423, 1 up 2 up, reverse cascade, and single hand fountain (2 balls in one hand) are a good next step
Reverse Cascade Tips
I've been practicing the reverse cascade for a little while now but I'm still not great at it... I was wondering if I could get any tips?

Form looks really solid. The only thing I noticed is that the collision almost always happens when you slightly overthrow from your left hand which causes the collision at the moment the ball is leaving your right hand. Put a little extra focus on your left throws (most likely your non-dominant hand) to get the distance more even and you should be running reverse cascade for much longer!
