Problem with not identifying a nicheā¦
āIf youāre good at everything youāre good at nothingā - unknown This saying applies to photography and videography a ton. Most beginners who are still new to business make the mistake of selling themselves as an āeverything photographerā. This basically describes someone who takes all kinds of proposals for the sake of making money. You may have fallen into this trap yourself⦠Photographing everything makes it hard to attract clients. This is because you donāt have a clear niche, and so clients donāt know what youāre actually good at. To fix this issue choose a niche (e.g., weddings, portraits, or product photography) to focus your marketing efforts and establish expertise. When I started doing this I started earning way more and gaining trust, and in the photography/videography world trust is immensely important. Hope this helps šŖ
