Is there any free guide or learning session of advance colour grading for learning Davinchi ? Or is there anyone conducting free online training for same?,
Hey, just started out and was wondering what kind of affordable investments I should make with an editing software and camera. Which ones would you guys recommend?
First thing I would recommend is getting a solid computer set up. A great start depending on your budget could be a new or used Macbook Pro. Preferably something new or newish with updated software. From there, start using I movie if you are a new to editing or buy final cut pro. Do some research on the softwares if you don't want to go with final cut pro. Go for Adobe Premier or other like softwares. I like final cut pro because it is much more user friendly and there is tons of free info/Youtube videos on how to's. The camera question can be a very hard one to answer. If you are just starting out then do some research on different brands, the camera body itself, lenses, components and compatibility with accessories you may want to invest in down the road. There is a lot out there, and a lot of cameras that are a few years old now that still will suffice for you and provide great content. It all depends on your goals and what you want to get out of your start in this. Hope this helps!
