First Time Making Talking Head Videos?
What's been putting you off making them up until now? Did you know that Mr. Beast's videos bombed for 5 years before he was succesfull? When attempting to make talking head videos, many will not get started, I have some tips for you that helped me. 1. Talk to one person (instead of trying to address lots). Only one person will be watching, so just speak to that one person. 2. You will suck at first, we all do, so record up to ten videos that only you will watch, when you watch them back, see what grabs your attention and where you drift off, in the next video adjust it a little to see if you can keep your own attention for longer, keep repeating this and after ten videos you will suck a lot less. 3. Raise your energy (not your voice). In each video raise the energy in which you speak and it will seem normal, if you keep your energy normal it will seem low. The camera reduces energy so we need to add a little. This does not mean speaking louder (although you may find you do until you crack this) 4. Be yourself. Now this should be the easiest but is actually the hardest thing to crack, for some reason we turn into someone else when a camera is ponting at us. The more you do the easier this becomes. 5. Mr. Beast's videos sucked for 5 years. He even says that most people were better than him in faster time, just know that you will get better. I still cringe at some of my videos today, it's an ongoing process.

Got some new scripts, now I just need to build the energy to do the recordings :-) They are going to be short clips (1 min max) so not a lot of work and can be turned around quickly. I just got to do it!
Why is getting things done online so hard? Let’s talk about what’s really blocking you
When I first started in the digital space, I felt completely lost. I’d spend hours watching tutorials, reading about strategies, and planning my next steps, but somehow, nothing was moving forward. I was busy, but not productive. What helped me turn things around was focusing on one thing at a time. Instead of jumping from tool to tool or tactic to tactic, I picked a single goal and worked consistently toward it. I also reached out to people who were already where I wanted to be, learning from their successes and mistakes. Now I want to hear from you: What’s the biggest thing stopping you from making progress online? Is it tech overwhelm, mindset, consistency, making it in the digital space or something else entirely? Drop your thoughts in the comments; your struggle might just help someone else realize they’re not alone.

The biggest challenge? Keeping focussed. It's continuously coming up with content and creating the content. And then trying to get people to interact It's sometimes dishartening to not see any progress when you did a lot of hard work. Especially when you work on a small budget.
