🎨 Business Flyer Challenge
Whether you’re a freelancer, business owner, or just getting started… This week’s challenge is simple: 👇🏽 Share ONE flyer or promotional graphic for your business or services in the comments! Don’t have one yet? No worries! 😊 Create your first flyer and post it anyway—or share a draft if you’d like feedback from the community. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 💬 Community Challenge Before you leave… Reply to at least ONE other person’s flyer with something helpful: 👏 What do you like about it? 💡 Any suggestions to make it even stronger? ⭐ What caught your attention first? Let’s support each other and help everyone improve. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📌 A Few Guidelines ✅ One flyer or promotional graphic per person. ✅ Your flyer may include your business name, logo, website, email address, phone number, or social media information if it’s already part of your design. ❌ Please don’t add extra links, contact information, or “DM me” calls-to-action in your comment. Let your flyer do the talking! 🤝 Take a moment to encourage another member by leaving a thoughtful comment on their flyer. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 💡 Why this challenge? Having a business flyer ready can be incredibly useful. Whether someone asks about your services, a friend wants to recommend you, or you come across a “promote your business” post online, having a polished flyer makes it quick and easy to showcase what you do. Let’s see what everyone has been working on! 🎉

@Dave Jeffers I like the caricature representation of yourself that you included...helps to put a face to the business!

Maybe you’re in the same country… Maybe you’re learning the same skill… Maybe you have advice that could help someone else. You never know who you might end up connecting or collaborating with. 🤝🌴

If anyone is looking to book a cruise vacation I am delighted to help! 😉🛳️
What's the Biggest Time-Waster in Your Business?
If you could automate one repetitive task in your business today, what would it be? For me, I often see businesses spending hours on: • Following up with leads • Booking appointments • Answering the same customer questions • Updating CRMs manually These are all things that can be automated. I'm curious—what's the one task you'd love to never do again?

Great question! For me, I’d probably say following up with leads. As a travel advisor, checking in with inquiries, scheduling consultations, and keeping track of where everyone is in the booking process can take a lot of time. That’s one of the reasons I enjoy using tools like Jotform it helps me stay organized so I can spend more time actually helping clients instead of managing paperwork.
🔥 Wednesday Debate 👀
When it comes to working with clients, which is better? Letting clients send a message explaining everything in their own words OR Having clients fill out a form so all the information is organized from the start ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Some people prefer messages because: 💬 it feels more personal 💬 allows for conversation 💬 gives flexibility Others prefer forms because: 📋 everything is organized 📋 fewer back-and-forth messages 📋 saves time 👇🏽 Which side are you on and why?

@Nicholas Kelly That’s a great point. I can definitely see how a form alone might not capture all the important details. Your example about needing to know the power source ahead of time really shows why a follow-up conversation can make such a difference. 😄 It sounds like using both gives you the best of both worlds...consistency from the form and clarity from a personal conversation.

@Nicholas Kelly This literally just recently happened to be last week and I didn't think it would. I have this one client who just refused to fill out a form to gather all the necessary information but it's okay I didn't let that stop me... I was flexible and said to myself I am not gonna let this obstacle detour me from serving this client so I just allowed them to message me all the information necessary to get a personalized cruise quote for them! So yes it was a back and forth lol 😅 but I got it done!
