You need to educate—not scare—your clients. The reason you’re not selling is you haven’t been doing the right things for long enough. Period. You need 5 to stay alive. 5 renewable sources of prospecting with a game plan behind each of them. Example: 1-open house 2-FSBOs 3- expired listings 4- sphere 5- live events. There are many methods and these are not in order of best to worst. The plan that works is the one that you work.

I look for 3 types of people. 1- Realtors I can teach to grow their investor business with builders and rental investors. 2- Builders that I can show how to access capital through my fund at KaeCo Capital. 3- Investors that want to build rental portfolios, or get passive returns through private money lending, or investing into KaeCo Capital.
